House rules:
- Sauna is free and usage time is between 15-20 pm
- At the “Kneipp Becken” empty the water after usage
- The ovens is the apartments are only showpieces and did not work
- Open fires in the ovens are forbidden !!!
- Apartment C and D can use the garage
- Apartment E and B has a parking place at the house
- Apartment A is a parking place in the village down the street of the apartment house

- The deposit is € 200 and is to pay with the invoice. The deposit you get back after the departure after 14 days
- In case of extrem garbage or damage of the apartemt we take the extra costs in charge

Valid for all holiday apartments in Dienten at Haus Babsi Alm:
Payment Method: A deposit of €500 per booked apartment/studio is required for a binding reservation. The remaining payment is due 30 days before arrival. Please find our bank details in the booking confirmation.
Payment Type: Bank transfers to the account; payment is ONLY possible via bank transfer, no card payments are accepted!
Cancellation Conditions: Up to two months before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total travel price. The entire amount is due one week before arrival. For cancellations made before that, we will charge the deposit.
